This Bog Orchid was quite abundant in the old days, but has become very rare due to loss of habitat. It reaches a height of 50 cm, carrying many flowers; the lablleum is about 12 mm in length.

The WS shows a full plant and a bud.

The pix were taken in an overcast morning.

Hello Ishi,
You show good details in this close-up of this species of Orchis, one I have never seen before, though it does resemble some Swedish Ophris species.
Nice sharpness and saturated colours and the WS images are good to see.
