Ranunculus asiaticus is normanlly red in Israel, but rarely one can find yellow and orange ones (like u see here).
In the rest of the Mediterranean area there are white and pink forms.

fabulous colours if ranunculus in a lush meadow of spring, beautiful, very well presented. In southern Spain, I used to see a similar species in deep blue colours at the same time of the year.
