hi, very good details on inflorescence, but i can see quite ugly compression artifacts on the black background. Did you use some black paper or uniform bkgd is caused by flash?

And yes, this Juncus species is common and widespread in central europe on moist habitats. In my country it builds often own plant community - Mentho longifoliae-Juncetum inflexi. Regards,
