[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This spectacular Astragalus ("milk-vetch") species was recently re discovered ) on Mt. Hermon. Ori tells me that another site had been discovered on 2008.

The plants are tall, to 1 m in hight (see WS), and carry globular inflorescences, up to 8 cm in diameter. A close-up of the flowers is also shown on the WS.

I could not find any mention of this species in Wikipedia!

I'm glad u managed to see it also. Please add another "i" at the end of the species name. It was first discovered in another site of Mt Hermon in 2008. This is the second finding and second site. dash Ori
