|This is a rare emdmic of Israel and S Lebanon. It belongs to the Oncocyclus irises and the last one to bloom (April). in the eastern Upper Galilee is it left only ina few sites. It is a protected species.|

Beautiful flower and very well presented to my taste. Though I agree with SunToucher respect to way of enhance the flower as shown in his WS, I prefer to see the landscape you show to learning more about the world through nature photography.
But perhaps I like it because this landscape is like the one around my.
