[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the only wild plum growing in Israel, it is locally common only in the northern most areas of the country. 130 years ago the fruits were collected by Syrian bears (as suggested by the plants scientific name), but unfortunately they are now extinct. The tree blooms in pure white during April-May and fruits in summer time.

Very good colors and details. Here we have wild prunus but it is blue.
