This rare iris grows in the heights of Mt Hermon, at 2020m. It blooms in May when the rest of the sub-alpine local flora is still rather dormant. As u can see I couldn't stop taking pictures of this marvelous flower, u can really "drown" into its dotted-striped perianth. |
