I have posted pics of Ophrys holosericea before. This flower opened upside-down for some reason, but was as nice as the rest of the 'normal' flowers. Ophrys holosericea is rather rare and a protected species in Israel.

Hi Ori...Perfect sharp macro..We have this orchid in Cyprus too...In March or April, I remember we going for a walk on the mountains and collect some and bring home...But when I grow up never do it again...Because flowers are beauty, Where they are....Thanks to reminded me ...Regards, Leyla
