Hi Ori
A lovely shot of this dried out stem of Tamus communis(?) carrying the lovely red fruit in various stages of development.
Today I have a question for you. You are a well travelled, respectable and knowledgeable botanist and must know the common names of all these wonderful species of fauna you always spoil us with. I just wonder why I've never (ever) seen one occasion when you mentioned the common or local name of any plant to us laymen. Yes of course it is essential and beneficial to identify a species by its binomial name, but is there any other specific reason for this purist approach? It is no big deal, but I am just curious.
Anyway, well done and TFS.
Regards
