This is rare iris, endemic to the Golan and Hermon regions. The plant may reach 90 cm in hight; the flower is larger than 15 cm. This may be the the largest iris flower.

Hi Ishi,fantastic tris with 3 beautiful shots showing us this lovely iris. The sharpness of the main post is incredbile,i can count the veins of the petals,useful full view in the 2nd WS too,very very well done! Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

Hello Ishi,
Perfect vertical frame with nicely isolation of this flower from BG. Details are very good. To me perfect exposure too.

Just don't like right-bottom side petals which seems intruder here.
