[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Ori Fragaman-Sapir ("fragman"), has recently posted a picture to hi sone for the Jerusalem Botanical Garden. This one is from the mt. hermon foothills at 1100 m a.s.l., not for form the orchid I posted earlier this week.

Ori was one of the botanists that described this species about six years ago.

The WS show several plants in the same area.

Hello Ishi,
I am constantly amazed at the diversity of lovely wild flowers you have in Israel. This particular plant is so pretty with its beautiful cluster of blooms to each head. Sharply focused while showing excellent detail. Rich colors and just the right amount of exposure. Great job!!

great closup, great species, TFS Ori
