[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This hot-desert plant of the Acanthaceae family is either annual or bi-annual, depending on water availability. The benches may reach 60 cm. The fruits open only after exposure to water, sending seeds up to 5 meters away.

The WS shoes an entire plant and a close up of the same. The "lip of the blue flower is about 1 cm wide.

Hello Ishi,
You have presented to us three lovely images of this desert plant. The focus is sharp showing the plants unique features off in fine detail. I especially like seeing the entire plant growing in its natural habitat. Flowers are tiny yet very pretty.

Hello Ishi,
Although don't have any botanical knowledge but I like plants picture. Seldom I also post.
Structure of leaves indicating its habitat. Well equal focus and like your chosen expisure. Sharp picture too, but.....
To me, IMHO, it looks bit flat due to lack of composition. To me COMPOSITION plays a big role in Photography. Although, in Botanical aspect, thanks for showing a beautiful species.
Thanks for sharing,
Regards and have a nice WE,
Srikumar
