[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
According to Prof.Jerome Rovner (Ohio University), this jumping spider belongs to a huge family Salticidae (or salticid spiders). With their large and complex anterior median eyes, salticid spiders have the best vision of any terrestrial invertebrate. You can read about salticids at Salticidae. There are about 5,000 salticid species in the world, and dozens in Israel. The best collection of certain jumping spiders is presented in the Diagnostic Drawings Library.

Dear Friends, I'm sorry that over looked a typing error on my picture! Yes, you are right, should be "jUmping..." but it is too late to correct :) ILYA

Hello Ilya!
Very good close-up and very good details of this jumping spider! I like face-toface POV and DOF.
Really nice work my Friend!
Best greetings,
Radomir

Hi Ilya,
Good 'macro'...through its DOF which is not particular shallow here, allowing the overall sharpness on the subject...
Well done

Hello Ilya,
I find this one incredible,, simply because it is seems as though it is posing for you, bigger animals I'm not surprised but an arachnid thats a different story. This is also very cute. :)

You spelled 'Jamping' wrong it should be 'Jumping'. ;)
