[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A colony of Black-Cormorant inhabitate on the same Eucalyptus-tree every Autumn on the Yarkon-river bank. This week they had return: a family of 8 units, only 3 are here on picture.
Weigh about 1.5-2.8Kg, it's wingspan from 121 to 160cm.
It's scientific name: Phalacrocorax carbo.
Wide distribution across the northern Hemisphere.

Nice capture of these cormorants ...curious pose :))
Beautiful scene, very well composed, with the branch crossing the image. Good sharpness and great contrast against the blue sky as BG.
