Little Green Bee-eater (Merops orientalis)

It has a large distribution from west coasts of Africa to East, Nile Valley, many parts of middle east, and South Asia towards Indian Subcontinent and Southeast asia.

As a result of this eight subspecies currently recognized. The jizz is almost the same but the colors may vary. In this ssp.cyanophrys, where it occur in South Israel, and West & South Arabian coasts, it has a blue throat and bluish chest.

This one might occur in Turkey and the most exciting for me :) The northernmost distribituon is 200 km away from southermost part of Turkey. Who knows, they can fly? ;)
