|This is my 1000th posting, first for 2015.|
This species native to the southeastern Mediterranean: Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia, and Israel. Here it is found mostly in the Northern Negev desert, where it thrives in the Loess soil. It grows its leave during blooming.
