[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The small patch of forest down from my house is now in full bloom and the insects are starting to become more abundant.I happened to notice this little chap on a Persian Cyclamen but sadly I don't know its species (think its fairly common). Its no larger than a centimeter across.

Hi David,
Nice close-up. I believe the common name for this spider is 'Crab Spider'. Well exposed and color saturation. Well done and TFS.

Hi Dave,
I love the way the spider emerges from the Cyclamen.
Seeing these cratures up close makes me happy they do not grow as big as us !!
Excellent capture and TFS

Rob

Hello David,
This is a very sharp and well composed macro of this beautiful spider. I like this lightning and composition a lot. This BG suits your subject perfectly. This is very well done! Thanks,
Claudine

Shaloom David,

I think this may be a flowerspider, also known as crabspider.
I have included it with some other crabspiders. Have a look if they look "related".

The colour of the cyclamen is soft and delicious and provides a beautiful background for these arachnids.
