Friends, the beehive, or rather the swarm (many knowledgeable members suggest that's the right term) on the fig tree in my garden has still not moved.

I gave it another try this morning; some of you felt the colours were a little too garish, giving the insects the look of candies at first glance. Actually I used flash during my shoot yesterday.

Today I have taken the pictures in natural light. You will find the colours more natural. I went right underneath the swarm and took this close-up and many more.
Hope you will like this one better.

i just love this one far better than the other.
good DOF & the POV is wonderful, great colors. the most important thing for me here is the buzzing bees, the blur of their movement can be seen very clearly.

Wow, this is very cool Ram. I hope you had a long zoom lens for this...you wouldn't want to get to close and make the bees angry.

I think your composition is great and I like how some of the bees are showing movement while others are static.
