Hello yasser,
nice shot and very rare moment you captured.
this is probably a Laudakia stellio brachydactyla and i don't know how you found it underwater! I didn't know that stellios do such things :D

Hi Yasser

With reference to the ID provided by Ilias (strahos) I found this information on the web. Click on the link to open a web page with information on this species.

Golden Agama - Laudakia stellio brachydactyla.

Hope this can assist you with some notes perhaps. Welcome to TrekNature and I hope you enjoy your time on the site. This is apparently a rare moment in nature and therefore I have included it in my theme for "RARE or SIGNIFICANT contributions to TN".

Well done and TFS.

A brilliant and rare capture of a Laudakia in water Yasser, wouldn't know what it is doing there, maybe an accidental fall into the water, usually they do not even like to be in close proximity of water bodies...

great and unusual capture, TFS Ori
