Mehmet, similar plants are seen in my native place in the Himalayan region too. They are considered poisonous by local people. Domestic animals also stay away from them. All of them have similar big and colourful flowers.
Your picture documents this plant well.

Thanks for kind words as a comments to my picture. You have pictured this flower very well and I do not feel it’s bad smell at all :). Details of the whole scene is ultimate. Combination of lights and shows are perfect (exposure of the image is very good). I like pleasant for eyes colours so much too. TFS and best wishes.

Yes, they have a bad smell, but we don't bother. On the shot we just see the striking plant!
