Hi Ozgur,
nice shot of this Hoplia species, a Scarabaeidae. Hoplia argentea looks like this one. H. argentea occurs in much of Europe and Russia, but I don't know about Eastern Turkey or Georgia. Another species, H. parvula should also be checked. You should find more info in the Turkish literature.
