Hi Ahmet,
If you need ID help, please try to focus on the mushrooms - on this photo it rather looks like the grass-blades are the main subjects. And please also photograph, and post as a workshop, a photo of the trama (gills, pores etc.) as it's an essential element in identifying. Anyway, from the fasciculate appearence of the fruitbodies, the color, stem width and the special cap texture I think the species on your pic is Desarmillaria tabescens (Scop.) R.A. Koch & Aime, but I can't be fully sure without having a look at the gills. The named species is common in late summer / early autumn on trunks of deciduous trees.
