Hi Hasim,
this is an excellent and highly interesting picture. I think (I'm not a herpetologist) you have a Chalcides ocellatus (Scincidae) here, not a lizard.

Background is unavoidably a little crowded, but still a nice picture, however certainly not of a Chalcides ocellatus but probably of a Mabuya aurata, a scincid lizard.

Very nice capture but the photo is a little bit out of focus.
The lizard is a Trachylepis aurata (old name: Mabuya aurata).

Striking picture. I've seen lizerd fighting eachother but never eating eachothor. Very interesting capture.
