[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In Turkey I've seen cicada for the first time. I have been heard those noisemakers many times before, but usually it is hard to the insects itself -- look for this camouflaged specimen. Its color is pretty mimicric to tree bark. I was hearing strong cicada's sound and following this I've found the the bug finally, sitting on a tree at about 2,5 meters above my head.

I suppose this one belongs to Cicadinae subfamily and Cicada genus, but if someone could be able to determine more precisely I will be happy.

HI Michal,
Amazing details seen through the transparent wings.
I like the way the body seems to be iridescent.
A great shot.
