The dabbling (surface) duck genus Anas (ANSERIFORMES: ANATIDAE) is represented by eight species in Turkiye. These species as fallow:

...- Anas crecca - Çamurcun [TR], Teal [EN],
...- Anas platyrhynchos - Yeşilbaş [TR], Mallard [EN],
...- Anas acuta - Kılkuyruk [TR], Pintail [EN] (WS1, WS2),
...- Anas querquedula - Çıkrıkçın [TR], Garganey [EN],
...- Anas clypeata - Kaşıkgaga [TR], Shoveler [EN].

I already posted three species of this group (my shots can be seen clicking links on species names). This fifth one and it is Anas strepara - Boz Ördek [TR], Gadwall [EN].

I have been in a trip for four days. I cant find internet connection and I can visit for several minutes TN. Sorry, I cant write to your posts now, as I have enough time. I hope when I will come back at the weekend.

Hi Ahmet,there wasn't the light of sun on the duck and take a pic whit this sharpness was very very difficult...but you know how manage your camera at the best and the result is truely nice.Excellent shot,my best compliments,have a nice day,LUCIANO

I always look forward to seeing a new in-flight shot from you. This duck has such a sleek look and is so graceful as he flies through the sky. I love the wonderful details of the wings in their downward position.
