Another fine shot from a car window! I have only seen Buntings on TN. The face and feathers are wonderful with fine details and lovely colors. I like the natural setting - is that snow??? It's always wonderful to spot something that isn't what is usually seen in a given location.

Congratulations on this fine capture of a female C. lapponicus.
We have them occasionally with us in S. Sweden but now we have ½ meter snow. Otherwise I have photographed it where it breeds in the Swedish mountains, as you mention in your note.
Excellent low POV taken with fine sharpness and colours.
