Fantastic photo of this Common Kingfisher in great sharp details and very beautiful colours, although for me the blue in the BG is too much saturated. Very nice pose, DOF and composition. Taken from a pleasing POV.

A superb capture of a species that I long to photograph, especially as well as this!
The pose and POV are great and taken in fine lighting with superb sharpness against a pleasing Bg. The reed stem in front of it is not much a problem.

Hello Durzan,

sn very nice shot from this Kingfisher with good pov, dof and sharpness.
A pity the reed are sitting before the wings.
I think the colours are to much suturated.

Hi Dûrzan.
This kingfisher is a bit different than ours. Love the perch, the head turn and exposure of the plumage is gorgeous. Nice colors and lighting and the silenced blue background is so pleasing.
