In the end i met a dragonfly what i want it like. This one is a huge and colourful, better than that it is willing model to me really. i just want to share my observation on dragonflies, here it is, in theafternoon times when the sun is on top, they are so moving and timid, but when the day get the end, the sun was downing they are so tired or has not a willing to fly!

In the midafternoon, i don't get close to them about 5 feet, but sunset time you can see that i took a pose of it under its wings :-)

i uploaded an identification photo as a workshop!

Thanks for visiting!

Hello Ersin !
Wow, what a fantastic close-up ! Once again you made wonderful use of your flash, it's stunning. There are so much details on this dragonfly, and the colors are splendid, I really like the blue and green eye, so beautiful. Unusual but excellent POV. I would like to meet such a beautiful dragonfly one day, but all I find near my home are blue damseflies - beautiful but not as spectacular as your dragon. Very well done !

Merhaba Ersin Bey

Shows great stalking skills to get this close with a compact camera. One of the best shots I've seen of a dragon fly.

Hi Ersin,
Superb shot, excellent details and beautiful colours. Great use of flash too, the exposure is excellent. It's amazing that you can get so close to this Dragon. The detail really is superb, this shot allows us to see the way his body is put together, something I've not seen before. Excellent shot.

Your Bono picture has gone and there is a mountaineer there instead :-)

Have a great weekend

Hi Ersin,
a very nice picture with very good details and nice colours.
IMO it's a bit dark under the body. Did you twist this 90 degress CW?.
Well done.
