Hello Pierre,
I like landscape Photography very much and when it about a place where still I haven't travel, but know about this place due to my Profession, makes me more enthusiastic to see it minutely. I like your "Jellyfish Cove" area's this foggy atmospheric photograph. Even here we can see the impact of mixing cold Labrador current with the warm Gulf Stream. Well details on foreground as well as till horizon. I also like the way you have chosen such angle and gave good amount of space in foreground than sky. Like this composition too where eyes are following the stream.
I prefer to use f/16 to f/22 when capture landscape picture (Personal Opinion).

Thanks for sharing such beautiful archaeological sight's landscape (although I prefer more detailed NOTE here),
