You've captured the essence of a Canadian winter day. It looks as though a storm has just passed by. It always amazes me that even in winter, how beautiful a snow covered landscape can be. The willows seem to draw your eye toward the background and then up into the sky. Well done.

Lovely photo seems you could reach out and grab a piece. Maybe a little too much brightoning or the use of saturation as you can see diferances in the shadows within the clouds and snow. Just a thought!

This is a lovely artistic photo Joseph. I love the colors and textures. I especially love the texture that the snow gives tot he trees. The simple color palette is very effective. Very nice.

Hi Joseph, this is a beautiful winter scene with a great pov, it must be a lovely park. I love perspective of this shot which leads the eye gently from the foreground to the hils and the wonderful blue sky which sets off the shot beautifully. Good exposure on both the whites and blacks all detail is nice and sharp. A great compositon.

This is an amazing scene with the range of colours on view! I like how the brushwood and the trees are emerging from the snow and making their own layer of colour. The sky is making its own statement! Lovely composition!

What a splendid full-winter landscape!
I really wish i would have the chance to take such photos here, too, but at least around my town there is hardly any snow...yet :)
Very moody shot with a terrific atmosphere enhanced by the heavy clouds and their contrast with the white snow from the FG. The patches of lovely colors near the horizon act great to break that dark-grey barrier and are definitely a wonderful bonus to the composition.
Very good DOF and sharpness throughout the entire frame and also superb compo.

Salut Joseph,
What a wonderful moody photo. The dark sky contrasts so perfectly with the virgin white snow. The shy appearance of the sun just above the mountains do add some expectations of a sunset to come. It looks like there is a river running through this landscape.

que une fois j'ai eu la chnce d'y passer par-là en allant au Saguenay

c'est une belle photyo que je diviserais en 3 parties,
celle du bas, celle du milieur et celle du haut
et dans chacune des parties il y a un beau contratse
des couleurs l'une avec l'autre, TFS
