Nice one Luc, even I think I'd wear one of these. Felipe is going to love it. Isn't is amazing? It looks like the hat has been woven together with quite intricate stitching. Very pretty too.
Good composition, a very good macro! Very sharp and detailed, excellent lighting too. Well done.

Well my friend, you definately found a "fashioned" hat for this season. My wife is here looking at it and says she like very much for a dinner dress :)
Th textured looks like an old dryed Coprinus plicatilis, although the dont are a rough as this one.

Since finding TN and seeing Felipe's fungi pictures for the first time, I have been facinated and amazed by this whole different world I had previously never considered as a photographic subject.

I have never seen so many EXCELLENT mushroom shots as here on TN, and this is awonderful example, one of the best. The lines on the fringe almost seem to make this sombrero swing. A very dynamic shot - of a mushroom for crying out loud! I have seen good bird shots that seemed static in comparison...
Excellent capture, no nit.

Hello Luc, this is a very nice shot. The form of the fungi is very pleasing to the eye. I really like hte black BG. I htink I would clone out that little lump on the bottom right of the frame. Apart from that it's great! Well done.
