|I took a little time today to see my friends this morning . They are fat and happy , and big enough to keep the crows away . Mommy was still close at hand , and she told me not to get too close . These two are curious , and watched me closely with my camera .|

Hi Kevin, can imagine how fantastic your morning started. Looking like this, you can bring them quite some visits, they dont seem in a hurry. Thanks for sharing these guys, Il look into you portfolio, probably see some more pictures and info. Reina

Nice sharp image of these two nestlings, which are beginning to get some adult plummage. Very good composition Kevin, thanks.
well you have uploaded your best now to date.Great looking capture of these young great horned owls.As Rick has said they are getting very adult like in their plumage and you have documented their journey fairly well with your updates of this little family.I wish I could of had some success with my photos of chickadees but their nests are very difficult to get good photos of so to date nothing all that interesting has taken place. These birds sure do have alarming eyes, don't they and they do sure know you are about.Keep 'em coming dude as this photo is a good direction to go in.Nice colour, focus and above all details make this a fine addition to TN.Tfs. Hi Kevin, very nice capture on your part. It's a great natural composition with very good detail. They almost look like they're posing for you.
