|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Very early in the morning we drove from Calgary to Bannf. We left the highway and after a couple of kilometers a bighorn sheep was standing at the side of the road. I stopped the car, grab my camera, made 11 pictures, and less than a minute later the bighorn sheep was gone. |
Result: 10 unsharp pictures (iso 200 which resulted in a shutter speed of 1/30 second on 150mm) and one sharp picture (this one).

What a fine looking Big Horn Sheep you have had the good fortune to photograph. Exposure is perfect and you managed to capture exceptional detail. I love the inquisitive look it has on it's face as well as it's large curved horns. Most people never in a lifetime get to view one of these magnificent sheep up close like this. Great shot!!
good portrait of that sheep. Good sharpness and composition - looks like 3d!
Hi Tino, Very nice portrait of this bighorn sheep. I like its original look with natural colours. The way he stares to the side is very cute and natural. It was very lucky of you to get a sharp and detail shot with unexpected moment of this bighorn sheep. Wonderful DOF and composition. Best regards
