actually i think this colour created by the filters is really nice as it is. Long exposure shots are not easy, as i have found out since i started trying them!
I like the composition here and you've retained the sharpness nicely. There's a really nice calm atmosphere to this shot, thanks for sharing!

I like this as is. The overexposure on the water actually contributes to the mood of this photo. DOF handled very well. A polarizing filter might have helped.

This is an interesting photo John. The log and the dripping ceadr branches are interesting subjects and the golden tones are interesting. It's unfortunate that the upper left part of this photo is overexposed.

Hi John ,
very nice scenery.
nice colors and great composition.
thanks and regards
This is a great shot and well spotted.
The exposure in the top corner is a little over exposed, This is difficult when shooting into the light and using a longer exposure
Composition is great, I have played a bit with Picassa and added a graduated tint simulating a Tabacco Filter. It seems to change the look and feel of the oversaturated area.
Welcome to TN and TFS

This log looks like many things at the same time, John. You have seen it with an acutely perceptive eye and conveyed your impression strongly through this well managed shot. The effect you have created through your camera settings here is really wonderful.
Thanks for sharing this very creative image.

Hi John, An excellent composition of this natural looking place. The log being uneven rather than cut is an ideal subject and the lighting very benefitial to giving ambiance to this photograph. TFS. Murray.
