[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On our hike back down from the 3rd Joffre lake, we actually met up with some cloud coming up the valley as we hit the 2nd Joffre lake. This second lake inherits some of that lovely turquoise water that the upper lake has since the creek from upper Joffre is it's main source of water.

Hi Tim,
This is a window through your camera, the clarity is beautiful, the exposure couldn't be any better. It sounds like you hike very often, and very nice to share your experience with us. Thanks, I feel like a nice cold glass of mountain fresh turquoise water(Of course sterilized first). :)

Lovely landscape,...It is great!
My best regards,
Crina

Hi Tim.
Wonderful moody shot. Mystery feeling of whats around the corner through the mist.
Love the whole composition and use of colour in the green tree for interest against the misty trees in the background.
Checked the levels on the histogram and they are slightly out, saying needs just a bit more at the lighter end. Wonderful landscape image.

Hi Tim

A truly lovely shot. The mist is wonderful and the leaning tree adds depth and interest to the composition. The dead trees and water in sharp focus in the forgeround make this a great posting.

Hi Tim,
A wonderful moody photo with such great exposure. The FG is a great clarity while the fog is in perfect condition. I love the fact that the mountains and trees are silhoutted in the fog. I do feel the photo needs a horizon correction. It looks tilted to the right.
TFS,
Niek

Ah! Sublime cette brume sur ces eaux turquoise. magnifique
Bravo

Mystic of the Northern Wilderness River. It gives off a vibration of expectancy. The curve of the trees, the reflections in lower left...The hidden mystery on the mountain and the unknown yet to come as the fog rises...Nice

Very mysterious appearing. It makes you feel the mood by viewing the photo.
Impressive work capturing this foggy detail, while keeping everything so clear.

A beauty! Excellent capture of an amazing scene - perfect composition - great lighting...I guess it would be lighting referring to the clarity of the foreground and the fog in the back. Wonderful!!

Happy CANADA Day Tim!
