nice action pose could use some sharpening on the bird nice use of DOF for the background
Great closeup view, Dan. A bird in flight is a lot more difficult than most expect, especially to get that last bit of sharpness. I like the way those powerful thigh muscles and talons are emphasized.
Good action. In such picture sharoness doesn't matter.
Great shot of this magificant raptor. I've been up to B.C. is that in White Rock park or Semiahmoo Park. What size lens were you using at the time? TFS. :)

Nice capture , Dan . All over Canada we are seeing these magnificent raptors returning to areas where they once were lost . There are so many of them now that they are very common on TN . We did it ! Hope to see many more , TFS , Kevin .
