[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As you may have guessed due to my absence from TN, I've been off on another backpacking adventure. This one was a Friday to Monday jaunt to one of the more remote sub-alpine lakes in our area.
Let me introduce you to Ling Lake, elevation 1450 metres and a 14km 2500 feet elevation gain hike to get to it. Of course such an endeavour ensures that we have the place to ourselves. My wife is seen here trying her hand at fly fishing, but with the ice having just come off the lake, the fish weren't all that hungry yet.
More on this lake and our trip in the days ahead. This is a two shot pano compilation.

Hi Tim,
I really love the reflection of the clouds in the water, it shows how calm the water is. Great photo, superb composition and POV.
