I SEE YOU
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Not the best quality, sharpness wise, but i like the composition so much that I decided to share it with you anyway. So be clement.|
My first time shooting these birds and baiting them with a mouse so they will fly towards me.Sadly I did not brought enough mice with me, only 4.Will come back to this spot next week and try again.

I like the composition too Charles. You have a full story right here with the preditor and prey in the same shot. There's not a lot I can tell you to improve on this shot, or to prepare for the next one. Nice attempt, I look forward to the shot next week.
True, it is a little soft but you are right about the composition. Pretty smart luring the birds in with mice. Thats something I haven't thought of. I like the reflections of sunlight off the ice too.
It has been awhile for me and thought I would check in on your photos! Oh my goodness this is a spectacular composition! Wonderful color and well I might have straightened out the horizon just a bit so that there would be "drama" in the bird swooping in on the mouse. Other than that I would change a thing. One question, can we use fake mice to get the birds attention or do they need to be real??? I really love mice... I am in complete denial that nature is cruel and doesn't eat each other! hahahahaha!

Perhaps not the best of quality, but I find this picture the most beautiful out of your series.
Open wings beak and eyes are very good to see, very nice composition.
Thanks for sharing.
