Very sharp! Light was well managed.
Love expression of the red fox.
It looks like something really got his/her attention ...

Hi Rick, the title you have given this photo is so very apt as well it is true! Today for the first time this year I have managed to get a photo or two of a fox and an adult at that,so I think I'll upload a photo today as well. This little kit sure is a light coloured fox almost blond in colour and it looks to be the most pale fox I have ever seen. The catch light in it's eye brings so much life to this little one and is a nice detail and those dirty paws are also a good detail. Thanks for sharing with us all what I have been missing out on,this year so far.I kits very much.

TFS and have a nice day/week!

Hallo Rick
Your title to this image is most appropiate and describe this pup to its best. What a lovely picture to look at. It is done just as is and with no pretence. I very much like the natural sunlight in the scene as it really brings out the beauty of the pups fur and the wonderful colour of its eyes to the best. I also like the division of green grass and brown sand or ground as your background with your subject in the middle of the frame. It is very eye-catching. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Hello Rick,
The title to this charming capture of a fox cub is great! It reminds me of a painting by the English painter Joshua Reynolds that shows the innocent appearance of a girl with just the same expression as this cub.
A superb photo Rick and thanks for sharing it!

Dear Rick
Thank you so much for this interesting photo and good notes.

You are lucky to reside in such a beautiful place. We were in Alberta, when going from the East Coast to the West Coast a few years back. However being in a coach - obviously - there was no time for such intimate Nature's moments!

I imagine, you must have been flat on the ground - and got quite muddy - to get this shot (as indicate the few grass blades in the fore ground!)

The perfect, sharp focus gives us so many lovely details, such as his whiskers and the tiny hair in his ears... one feels, one would like to touch and scratch him under the chin!

It is a perfect image, and the natural colours make it a true please to view your work.

Have a nice evening
Kind regards from South Africa
