The last of winter's ice is melting away and I for one am not sorry to see it go.This winter was rather trying at the best of times but now that it has gone,I get out more often to photo wildlife. The ducks you see are very well known the world over and of coarse they be mallard ducks.
I like the spring and fall seasons best for the light and clear air as both make conditions right for photography during the day. |

HI Bob,not an esay life for the lone female between a lot of males, especially in the early springtime....ehehe...a beautiful capture with something of winter in the scenery and a very sharp composition despite this small widescreen post,i like it! Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

how haveyou make a large picture when you click on your picture?

A beautiful photo of the ducks and their setting Bob - and I see a touch of ice and snow in the background. I live in a cool part of Australia and there's been a little snow about the region today as we come towards winter but nothing like you get in Canada.
cheers
Ian
