[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was another out the back door shot. It was right after a big thundershower. This big cloud just amazed me. I underexposed it by a stop to keep from losing the detail in the cloud.

I think I've done it justice with minimal PP (raising the luminence), but if not, let me know.

RP: Grain was evidence from the underexposed dark areas (the sky). Noise filtered via Noiseware. Thanks for the tip, Jancie!

Nice shot, Mike! Amazing cumulonimbus! The silhouette gives nice contrast to the ground. Well done! I have some pictures showing dramatic clouds in Trekearth, if you like to see it. Thanks!

A lovely time after disaster:)) Very nice clouds and the shape of the cloud is amazing.TFS

Wow that is a massive cloud, the kind that could only form on the plains. The low horizon and silhouette of the house add to the sense of vastness. Well done.

Interesting photo of this unusual cloud formation. Looks very threatening if heading towards you. Thanks for posting this.

Hi Mike
Interesting and dramatic shot. From the thumbnail, I thought it was a surf shot.

Beautiful photo, Mike. Very nice composition and exposure. I like the dreamy sky.
Regards, Krzysztof.

That's what I think when I see your ominous thunderstorm. Nice capture, I love how the colours change from dark to white on top.

I'm sure this passed over Cochrane, before it hit Calgary :) Janice
