My New Lawn Mower

Woodchuck
Marmota monax

Woodchucks are found over east central Alaska and across southern Canada to the Pacific coastal provinces, extending south to northern Idaho. They are also distributed in the eastern United States (south to central Alabama and Arkansas)and westward to the edge of the plains. * Source *

No good photos of foxes these days (clouds, rain with strong winds). Maybe tomorrow if the Bid Lamp helps. The foliages of the trees has started to grow up, so we need more light.
Thank you for looking.

Bonjour Luc,

Bravo.

Martin.

And it looks like he takes out the dandelions too. I like how you've captured him eating, it makes for a more interesting photo. DOF is good. Great clarity on his whiskers, well done.
Regards, Ryan

Hi Luc, nice title and good shot. I love the chomping! I think it is a little soft in focus on the eyes but apart from that it's a nice shot.

Hi Luc,
Good detail, colours and sharpness. exposure and lighting are good. Good POV and framing.

Thanks for posting, have a great week.

We could do with one of these mowers down here, Luc. Put him on a plane please, and I'll pick it up at the airport.
Cute animal, but reading the info on him, I think he might be a bit of a problem to manage at home. Good shot my friend,
Janice

Bonjour Luc,

If a woodchuck could chuck wood, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck wood.? A tongue twister eh?

Well done on this capture and composition.

Hi Luc
Viva la naturale! I have seen people utilise goats or sheep for this purpose, but never a woodchuck yet. It surely would save a lot on the fuel bill though.
Nice capture; good composition, natural colours, nice details, excellent BG considering the low POV, and the exposure was spot-on.
Well done and TFS.
Regards

Hahaha, Luc.
You caught him with the proverbial cookie in the cookie jar.
Very funny shot, The marmot looks quite miffied by your interruption of his meal. Sharp details and great POV.
TFS. : )

Hi Luc,
as long he sticks to the dandilion you're ok!
Great shot, POV and colors are great. Nice composition.
TFS..Sky

I'd be perfectly satisfied with this fellow in my yard posing for his photo! What a lovely shot with the greenery hanging from his mouth, well done.

Bonjour Luc,
Magnifique image avec un DOF parfait.
QUelle netteté.
Guy
