I believe these are Oxeye Daisies. They grow wild all over the city at this time of year. These ones were taken across the street from my apartment near the railroad tracks.
I read the reason they last so long is that they are "not readily grazed due to disagreeable taste."
Well, I never had the urge to eat them, just photograph and maybe pick a few.
Happy trails,

Hi KellEy Not Telling
On the thumbnail this shot looked like a lane of giant palm trees and I was rather surprised when I opened the file to find your title was actually spot-on.
A very interesting POV of this patch of daisies. I like your composition as the flowers are well complemented by the lovely sky. IMHO it might have improved the shot if you had used a fill-in flash to bring out the details and colours of the daisies. I am sure you would not have burned out the clouds in the process (chuckle). Other than that the photo was very well seen and captured. TFS.

Hi Kellley,

Interesting perspective. What could be even more interesting would be a photo of you taking this shot! : )
Thanks. This picture made me smile when I opened it.

Evelynn : )

This type of pictures with the light in the background are very difficul but this one looks superb Kelley.
Excellent colors and details and I love the composition.
Good POV and BG.
It is agreat shot, congratulations.

I really like this photo, the color and perspective are great. Could easily make a nice desktop photo for your computer.

Very nice shot, Kelley ! I love your unusual point of view very much, and the daisies looks fantastic against this clouded sky. details, colors and composition are very good. Wel done !

Hi Kelley,
surprising, exciting, refreshing.
Perfect details, great depth of field.
Marvellous shot of vegetation against the sky from a truely basic point of view.
Great! With thanks, and best regards,

The POV is very unique and makes the pic a very good one. The composition, detail and colours displayed are excellent. TFS,

Helli Kelley,
Different and interesting point of view!
There is some strange dynamics in this image, as the flowers looks like stretching for the sky...
Well done on the exposure, probably difficult against the bright sky...

Hi Kelley,
very nice perspective, brings me back to childhood, laying on a field of daisies and exploring the clouds. Nice composition with lovwely details.

Good idea, Kelley, to lay on your back to take this photo. The POV is unusual and original. The clouds and the blue sky give interest and freshness to a subject that often can be seen as as ordinary. Well done!

Hi Kelly,
I love this image, really! Your POV is unique and amazing, I like how flowers grows toward this nice sky.

Bonita composición.
