[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken at about 0730 AM on a frisky december morning. It was abt -30 C. Photo was taken from Trois-Rivieres docks, while I was sitting in my heated car ( door window open ). No special effects , just polarized filter mounted on my camera ( zoom 85-205mm). Hope you will like it.

I like the mood of this picture. well done.

Frisky is an understatement for Minus 30! An excellent atmospheric shot of meteorological conditions at such a low temperature.
