[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
“Gliding” is the name of this photo. It was taken behind our house in a small river which runs parallel to an old railroad bed. These ducks were out for a leisurely swim and we were out for an aerobic hike with the camera on my waist ready to capture anything that moves.
These birds were photographed quickly trying to capture a natural frame.
This photo was level adjusted, framed and saved for the web.

Hi Jim,
That blue colored water clearly shows that you had a clear sky and bright sunlight. It is a small pitty you had to hurry this shot, because the duck are positioned on the wrong site of the center. They are now swimming out of the scenery. I do however like the combination of the winter colors and the water.
