Metamorfosis I...retractile antennas (Antenas retráctiles)
The insect in metamorphosis began to move and to move along the leaf, me to come closer to him to photograph him, then, suddenly some enormous antennas that they appeared suddenly extended and near his head and that that to seem their eyes. I was surprised these retractile antennas a lot.
Defense mechanisms:
1. The caterpillar has a resemblance with a bird waste (mimetismo)
2. When perceiving my approach, the caterpillar coiled her threatening horns in color orange, expelling an unpleasant scent
This image corresponds to the pursuit of the Picture Metamorphosis I (picture published before this, picture taken a hour: 11:07 am). Of left to right: Picture 1. Hour: 16:54, picture 2: Hour: 16:54, picture 4: Hour:16:55, picture 3: Hora:16:57
I hope to have the opportunity to know in what you to convert this interesting and mysterious insect |

An excellent way to show nature at work, I enjoy viewing a collection put together in a montage when the shots all relate to what is being conveted by the subject, this you have done well, nice camera work and post editing skills. Sorry ran out of clicks, I will try to remember to stop back by tomorrow.
