| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Clicked today at Stony Brook University on Long Island, NY. The weather has been gorgeous for the past couple of days and the Fall seems to have set in rather well with many trees having changed color substantially.
These scattered leaves on the lawns looked interesting against the winding road in the background that goes towards one of the central University buildings.
Post-processing was done using GIMP and Paint.NET. The parameters changed were Levels, Curves, Contrast [+6], Color Balance to adjust the Yellows and the Greens. I tried to get the Green to be soothing to the eye, but I'm not sure if I've done the best thing. Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you! |
