|The photo of the Wood Stork (Mycteria americana) was taken on a fishing pier on the Indian river. This is listed as endangered because of sensitivity to local water levels when nesting. It was waiting for a handout from a local fishing man who was cleaning their fish.|

Nice shot of this wood stork - something I have never seen before. Good view from head to toe.

This is a very good shot. The whites are hard to manage and parts look a little over exposed, but the composition and subject are both great. :-)
