[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one of the more frequently observed butterflies here in Western North Carolina. The flower is known as tithonia (mexican sunflower). I find tithonia to be the biggest butterfly attraction in our garden.

Hello Paul,
Remarkable photo with exceptional clarity and details. This interesting species of butterfly has wonderful colors. The contrast against the background is superb. Very nice composition taken from a excellent POV with lovely light and best clarity.

Hi Paul,a magnificent butterfly very interesting for the fans like me,but i must to be honest, the details are excellent only at the bottom of the photo, on the lower petals,and not on the wings...i hope to see bettere next time..ehhee..have a nice week and thanks,Luciano
