[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
While in Tulsa I was able to get some shots of their state bird, the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher. I was following the bottom bird with my camera when all of a sudden another bird came into view from above.

I snapped the shutter and captured this image of an attack from above by another flycatcher. The birds continued their flying frenzy for a few seconds until one finally gave up and headed off.

Hello Ron,
What a great action photo. Amazingly interaction between the two birds. Very good timing. Beautiful colours, excellent composition.

Great photoin flight photo Ron!! The timing, the composition, the lighting the colours and the sharpness are excellent.

unbelivable capture, TFS Ori

wonderful timing. good work. tfs.

Hello Ron
Great timing of this action shot, great details and composition. Well done!
Regards Hedesan

Hi Ron,
spectacular capture. Both flycatchers just perfectly frozen in motion, and well lighted, too. Allowing exciting observations of the dynamics of their flight. Most appealing to see the attacked bird looking back at the aggressor.
Talking of composition: An outstanding masterpiece of combining two graphical elements in very elegant smooth motion. My congratulations! With thanks, and best regards,

Hi Ron,
What a great capture!! Excellent detail and colours.

Hi Ron. Wonderful capture of this bird-dogfight. Great focus so that you can almost make out their expressions. LOL I love the long scissor tails. I've only seen a Least Flycatcher and a Great Cresed Flycatcher in my area and they don't have the long tail. Very kool to see these. TFS Trevor

Hello Ron,
this is indeed a stunning capture. The need to be fast is greatly wanted here. You did very well with well executed shot of sharpness. The most dramatic is the way the action is being frozen.
Excellent job.

Hello Ron,
What a fabulous photograph! One could spend a lifetime trying and not get an opprotunity like this. So yes, you were lucky in a way but
you were there, you reacted, the quality is brilliant, and it is just stunning. Well done!

Hi Ron,

An outstanding job of catching these two on the wing, not easily done! I really like how the bird in front is looking back at its pursuer, really makes the photo, for me anyway. An excellent photo!
